Florida Elks Overnight Team Bonding (7th-8th Grade Only)

The Florida Elks Overnight Team Bonding experience is designed to strengthen relationships, build leadership, and create lasting memories among XL Academy middle school student-athletes.

Open to 7th and 8th grade students only, this overnight experience focuses on teamwork, communication, personal growth, and community building through a variety of structured activities and shared experiences outside of the traditional school environment.

Students will have the opportunity to connect with teammates, develop stronger bonds, and continue building the culture, accountability, and character that define the XLA experience both on and off the field.
